My close friends PR and Ane decided to tie the knot in New Orleans.
Originally from Norway but living in London, the idea of getting hitched in New Orleans has been knocking about for a while.
Finally earlier in the year they went out there to find out if it was viable.
On that trip they met the woman that would eventually marry them and put on their reception.
They fell in love with the place and the invites went out.
A surprising amount of people made it out there for the wedding including parents and friends, many of whom are musicians. Friends from all over America made it to south too.
The speeches alone were a totally untraditional affair with guests performing for over two hours to the delight of the couple.
The unique friendliness of New Orleans and the warm weather all added up to an unforgettable fairy tale wedding under the Tree of Life, a massive Live Oak tree in the public park.
